HBB returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. This is to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. 

 

CHANGE OF MIND

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Though please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange simply because you changed your mind or the product was not what you expected. Please contact our Customer Service Team to receive an ‘Authority for Return Number’ as we are unable to accept returns without one. Return postage is at purchaser’s expense and when we receive the returned product you will be provided with a credit on your account.
