Q: Are our products authentic and genuine?

A: Yes, all Brands are 100% authentic. No imitations or knock-offs.
Products are sourced direct from Europe and delivered to your door.

 

Q: I want to purchase from you – What do I need to do?

A: Anyone from the general public to registered businesses can purchase from us. All you need to do is to ‘Register’ with us via the prompts on our homepage. The registration process is simple and easy to use.
There is a separate log in section for the ‘general public’ and one for businesses ‘wholesaler’ access. To protect the professional integrity of our business, all information entered by the ‘user’ must be accurate, current and true. HomeBarBeauty Pty. Limited cannot be held liable for any misleading information from the registrar.
Orders can be placed in 2 ways:
I. Directly via our Online Shop - once you are registered, you can commence shopping immediately.
II. Telephone – call us on 0416 139 915 during business hours and we will happily process, pick and dispatch your orders accordingly.

 

Q: I am a business owner/wholesaler – can I visit you at your premises?

A: Yes, should you be a business owner and/or wholesaler and would like to come and visit our premises and discuss business purchasing opportunities with us, please call to make an appointment.

 

Q: How long will it take from ordering of my goods to delivery?

Ensuring you receive your order in a timely and efficient manner is paramount to us. Once your order has been submitted and payment processed; depending on the size of your order, we will pick, pack and dispatch your order within 24 hours from our distribution centre. Should there ever be any delays in the dispatch of your order, you will be advised accordingly via email or SMS.

 

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A: To ensure security of all payments, we accept payment via PayPal. Therefore, you will need to ensure you are registered with PayPal and have a current account to pay for any purchases via our on-line shop.

 

BUSINESS AND WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS

For our business and wholesaler customers – you can order directly via our ‘Business/Wholesaler’ portal on our website. Though should you wish to set up an account with us, please email us via [email protected] so that we can discuss your business needs and process account set up.

 

Q. Businesses and Wholesaler customers – can we pick up our orders from your premises?

A. Yes, if you have an agreement set in place as a business/wholesaler you can visit and pick up your order from our warehouse once your order has been processed and picked; date/time will be advised accordingly - details will be provided to you on approval and agreement.

 

Q. Businesses and Wholesaler customers - do you a have a product catalogue?

A. No, all our brands and product lines are on our online store. Though if there is a brand or product you are looking for and cannot find, please send us an email detailing what you are after and we will contact you to discuss.

 

Q. Where do you deliver too?

A. Currently we deliver Australia wide.

 

Q. What are your freight/delivery Charges?

All orders will be delivered via Australia Post, unless otherwise pre-arranged with our Customer Service. We therefore request that you provide an address where your order can be signed and receipted for between 9am-5pm (residential or business address); otherwise Australia Post will leave a ‘calling card’ advising collection from your local post office will be necessary.

Q. Do you have SSL technology to keep my information safe?

A. Yes, our system is secured by SSL technology so as to ensure that all your information is protected and used to process orders only. Though, should the need arise, we also may use your information to communicate with you as required, such as advising of upcoming sales or new products.

 

Delivery Information

All orders will be delivered via Australia Post, unless otherwise pre-arranged with our Customer Service. We therefore request that you provide an address where your order can be signed and receipted for between 9am-5pm (residential or business address); otherwise Australia Post will leave a ‘calling card’ advising collection from your local post office will be necessary.

 

Domestic Shipping and Estimated Cost Breakdown and Information

The shipping charges shown below is an estimate only. Shipping charges will be displayed during the ‘checkout’ process and will be calculated accordingly; taking into consideration of product type, weight and location as allotted by you.

Please refer to the Australia Post website in order to calculate the shipping timeframe for your location (https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times/#/) . (Enabling you to estimate the number of business days it should take to deliver your order after it is dispatched from our Distribution Centre in Western Sydney).

* Shipping costs are based on the weight, customer’s location, and the shipping method selected.  Therefore, we suggest you use the product weights used in the product descriptions (net weight of products) so that you can estimate the overall total weight of your order/s.

* Though please note, this estimated total weight does not include the weight of packaging components; such as packing fill.

 

 

Postage and Handling Charges

Standard Post via Australia Post Delivery

Delivery Time

Order deliveries should arrive within 3-7 business days.

Express Post orders should arrive within 1-3 business days (this timeframe may be longer for deliveries to outside metro area such as, remote country areas).

* Please note that these are ESTIMATED delivery timeframes in business days and excludes delays outside of Australia Post's control.

 

Dispatch Delays

Orders will be dispatched within one to two business days providing all items are in stock. We do not send partial deliveries. Please contact our Customer Service team via email [email protected]  if you have any concerns about your order; please allow 48 hours for reply.

 

Where do you ship to?

HomeBarBeauty can ship Australia wide. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please note that transit time for deliveries on Public Holidays may add an additional 1 to 2 days for your order.

We recommend a residential or business address for all orders, so as to ensure secure delivery and signed receipt of orders.  Once orders left our Distribution Centre and are in the care of Australia Post we cannot be held liable for any lost or misplaced orders.

Once your order has been dispatched from our Distribution Centre, the standard parcel delivery times outlined below are an estimate only for any standard working week (Monday-Friday).

Ordering

What do I do if I didn’t receive a confirmation email?

If you did not receive a ‘confirmation email’ please make sure the email is not in your Junk Mail folder.

If it is not  please us via email ([email protected])so that we can follow up on your order.

 

Wholesale Business Customers – Are we able to order over the phone?

Yes, we are more than happy to take phone orders for our wholesale business customers. Please contact via email ([email protected]) and one of our friendly Customer Service Team will call you back during office hours and take your order requirements.

 

Payment

How can I pay for my order?

Our website uses Paypal Secure Technologies to safely and securely accept payments for all orders online.


How are Tax Invoice’s provided for orders?

Tax Invoices are automatically included with your packed order. Furthermore, you can use the Order Confirmation email which is sent for with order and can be used as a tax Invoice.

Should you have placed your order over the phone to one of our friendly Customer Service team, on your request, we can email through a Tax Invoice or include it in your order.
